The Development has its own nursery where we grow native plants and trees for use within the community’s landscaping. The entire grounds are filled with native flora, fauna and wildlife such as the local resident family of howler monkeys, pizotes, green parrots and iguanas . Additionally there is a planned organic community vegetable garden and we have already planted a wide variety of tropical fruits and vegetables such as avocados, lemon and lime trees; papaya, mango, banana, and local fruits such as guanabana and tamarindo just to name a few.

Our ocean view condominiums consist of two phases with each phase having twenty four units. Phase One consist of 4 three-level buildings where each building has six units. Phase Two consist of 3 two-level buildings where each building has eight units.
We have completed and sold the first building in Phase One and and also one building in our Phase Two Condominiums. We are breaking ground on our second building in Phase Two in June 2016.
